1. Do I need to register to attend, even without presenting? Yes. Registration is mandatory for all attendees, regardless of whether you are presenting or not. Please complete the registration form at the following link: Registration form.

  2. How do I know if my registration was successful? Upon submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder. There is no manual confirmation by the organising committee. The automated email is your proof of registration. In addition, a Registration List is available here: Registration List. Your name should appear on this list once your registration has been processed. If it does not appear within 24-48 hours, please contact the organising committee.

  3. How do I submit an abstract? All information regarding abstract submission, including eligible presentation formats, submission guidelines, and key dates, is available at: Submit your best research.

  4. What are the key dates I should be aware of? The abstract submission deadline has been extended to 19 June 2026. Registration closes on 7 July 2026. Authors will be notified of acceptance by 3 July 2026.

  5. How do I confirm that my abstract was successfully submitted? A Submission List is available on the submission page (link above). Your name will appear on this list once your abstract has been received. If your name is not listed within 24-48 hours of submission, please contact the organising committee.

  6. Where can I find the oral communications template? The template for oral communications is available on the templates page: Templates. Please download and use the Oral Presentation template when preparing your slides, so that all presentations follow a common format and visual identity.

  7. Are there any specific requirements for posters? Yes. Posters must use the official event logos and visual identity and should be prepared using the Poster template available on the templates page: Templates. Posters should be printed in A0 format (84.1 × 118.9 cm) to fit the exhibition boards used during the event. Posters will be displayed in the courtyard

    throughout the day, and authors should be available to provide a brief oral explanation (up to 5 minutes) to interested participants. Adhesive tape and/or drawing pins will be provided on site to fix posters to the boards.

  8. Will there be a final programme? Yes. The detailed programme will be made available on the event website in due course. Accepted authors will be notified individually once the scientific committee has completed its review.

  9. Will there be streaming or remote presentations? No. There will be no live streaming, no remote presentations and no pre-recorded talks; all sessions will take place fully in person. If the first author of an accepted submission cannot attend, a co-author may present the work on their behalf, provided that they are registered and present at the event.
